歡迎使用 BibleDiary（以下稱「本 App」）。使用本 App 即表示你同意以下條款。本 App 由王俊智（Jun Zhi Wang）開發與維運，聯絡信箱 junzhi1117@gmail.com。
服務內容
BibleDiary 提供心情日記記錄、聖經經文閱讀與書籤、讀經計畫追蹤，以及選用的 AI 經文推薦功能。資料如何被儲存與傳送，請參閱隱私權政策。
帳號
部分功能（如跨裝置同步與訂閱）需要使用 Google 或 Apple 帳號登入。你需對登入裝置與帳號的安全性負責。
使用者內容
你在日記中撰寫的文字、心情紀錄與匯出的備份檔案，所有權與責任仍歸你所有。你主動選擇送出給 AI 推薦功能的內容，將依隱私權政策所述方式處理。
訂閱與付款
BibleDiary 的付費項目透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 完成購買與計費，並自動續訂，除非你在到期前於商店取消。實際價格、扣款週期與取消方式以商店顯示的條款為準：
- 訂閱費用將於購買確認時從你的 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號扣款。
- 除非在目前訂閱週期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則訂閱會自動續訂，並在續訂期間內扣款。
- 你可以在購買後，透過裝置的 App Store 帳號設定或 Google Play 訂閱項目管理與取消訂閱。
- 任何未使用的免費試用期（如有提供），將在你購買該項目的訂閱時失效。
訂閱驗證與權益同步由 RevenueCat 協助處理，詳見隱私權政策。
經文內容
App 內收錄的聖經經文（含中文和合本與英文 KJV）來源於公版或授權可用的文本；AI 推薦的經文出處仍為既有經文資料庫中的段落，AI 不會生成或竄改經文本身的文字。
禁止行為
- 不得以任何方式規避或破壞本 App 的安全機制。
- 不得將本 App 用於違反當地法律的用途。
- 不得嘗試干擾、過載或攻擊本 App 的後端服務。
服務變更與終止
我們可能因維運、成本控管或功能調整，修改、暫停或終止部分或全部服務（包含 AI 經文推薦與跨裝置同步），並會盡力提前於 App 內告知重大變更。裝置本機的日記資料不受服務終止影響。
免責聲明
本 App 及其 AI 經文推薦功能僅供個人心靈陪伴與反思參考，不構成專業心理諮商、醫療或法律建議。若你正經歷心理健康危機，請尋求專業協助或撥打當地緊急救助專線。
責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本 App 依「現狀」提供，我們不保證服務不中斷或毫無錯誤，也不對因使用本 App 而生的間接或衍生損害負責。
條款修改
我們可能不時更新本條款，重大變更會更新本頁的「更新日期」。你在條款更新後繼續使用本 App，即表示同意新條款。

Welcome to BibleDiary (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms. The App is developed and operated by Jun Zhi Wang, contact junzhi1117@gmail.com.
The service
BibleDiary provides mood journaling, Bible reading with bookmarks, reading-plan tracking, and an optional AI scripture recommendation feature. See the Privacy Policy for how data is stored and transmitted.
Accounts
Some features (cross-device sync and subscriptions) require signing in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for the security of your signed-in devices and account.
Your content
You retain ownership of and responsibility for the text you write in your journal, mood records, and exported backup files. Content you choose to submit to the AI recommendation feature is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid items in BibleDiary are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Actual pricing, billing cycle and cancellation are governed by the terms shown in the store:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is applied within that period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions after purchase in your device's App Store account settings or Google Play subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Scripture content
Bible text included in the app (Chinese CUV and English KJV) comes from public-domain or licensed sources. AI recommendations point to passages already in this existing scripture database; the AI does not generate or alter the scripture text itself.
Prohibited use
- Do not circumvent or interfere with the App's security mechanisms.
- Do not use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the App's backend services.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service (including AI recommendations and cross-device sync) for operational, cost, or product reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in-app of material changes. Local journal data on your device is not affected by service termination.
Disclaimer
The App and its AI scripture recommendation feature are provided for personal spiritual companionship and reflection only, and do not constitute professional counseling, medical, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional help or contact your local emergency services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will update the date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
